Instructions for authors intending to submit an extended abstract can be found in the Call For Papers tab. The deadline for the extended abstracts is on 7 21 July 2023. The following instructions are for the authors of accepted papers.
Authors of accepted papers are invited to submit a final paper by 6 20 Oct 2023. You will need to upload the following to the PaperCept Conference Management System:
- a PDF version of your final paper
- your source files (LaTeX or Word files and all images) as one single zip file,
- optionally, your video in mpeg, mp4, mpg format (max. file size: 40 MB).
- a single PowerPoint slide describing the work.
The maximum allowable length is eight ten pages. Two extra pages are allowed with a fee of $125/page (to be paid during registration). Once you have finished entering your personal information, you can look at a page where you can edit your personal info, and check your paper’s status.
Please use the format of the Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics (SPAR). Templates for MS Word and LaTeX can be found on this website. Each accepted submission must be accompanied by a single PowerPoint slide in a PPT format. The template for the PPT slides can be found via this link. This will be included in the program booklet for all attendees.
Final papers should be submitted via the PaperCept Conference Management System before the deadline of 6 20 Oct 2023. Authors will be contacted after the submission deadline by the editors of the SPAR volume to provide information about the copyright transfer and the copyright forms.
